What can I send to you to have printed?

You can send almost any kind of digital file and we will check your files for suitability - FREE of charge. We do not accept hard-copy, or original images.

How large can I have my digital photo printed?

Ideally, files should be 150-300dpi at output size. Click here to go to our artwork specification page. If you would prefer our recommendation, simply email your file to info@posterprinting.com.au. With regards to output size, we can print as large as you desire. As long as your artwork is suitable, there are no size limitations.

What is your turnaround time ?

The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days - sometimes quicker! Orders for larger quantities may vary in turnaround, though all jobs are completed within 10 working days. These times are based on standard quantities. Bulk orders may take a longer period of time.

Do you ship to all states, Australia-wide?

We certainly do. Depending on the size of your ordered product, we ship via Registered Australia Post service, Express Parcel Post or for larger items we use courier services.

Are your prices lower than your competitors due to you using cheaper inks & papers?

In short, No. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality products available. That much so, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you receive your order, if you’re not 100% happy with it you can return it for a full refund.

How long will my prints last?

All of the stocks we print on, are quoted at lasting 50 - 70 years without visible colour deterioration. The majority of jobs are printed using 100% pigment inks, which provide excellent colour reproduction and offer great resistance to fading. In order to maximise the life of any print, it should not be displayed in direct sunlight.

What's the deal with Copyright? What can and can’t be reproduced?

Basically, you need to be the owner of the image, or have written permission from the owner. Images from magazines, websites, purchased prints etc., are all subject to copyright and therefore cannot be reproduced.

How should I prepare my digital file?

As much as we would love perfect files for every job, we know that everyone has different software and equipment. Just send through what you have and we'll check it for suitability. Rest assured that if your files aren't perfect, we will be in touch to discuss your options.

What file types do you accept?

We accept almost every kind of file type you could imagine. A print-ready PDF is preferred, however we understand that not everyone has access to suitable software to present us with the perfect file. Therefore, we're happy to accept whatever you have and will advise you if your artwork needs to be tweaked in order to produce a quality result. Please note that Mircrosoft Word, Powerpoint, Publisher and Excel are not suitable for print, so we'd ask you to save/export your document to PDF prior to submission.

Does Poster Printing offer wholesale or trade pricing.

We certainly do. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your particular requirements

What kind of payment methods are available? Do you accept AMEX?

All orders required payment at the time of order via all major credit cards, including AMEX. If you are a corporate client and wish to trade on terms, please email us and we'll be in touch.

How large can you print?

Depending on the stock (paper) you require, we can print up to 3m wide and as long as 30m. If we can’t organise your order for you, we will happily refer you to someone who can!

Can you ship to multiple locations for me?

Unfortunately not. We can only ship to one location per order, with the exception of bulk orders, where a quotation can be drawn up on request.
